Chocolate Home Brew Beer : My Preference

If I get an option to choose a beer that was my favorite to drink and easy to brew it would definitely be Snowstorm Oatmeal Stout. I and my fiance love to brew this beer while spending time together at my home. I bought the kit from an event in my hometown Texas and trust me, I made the best decision ever to buy Home Brewing Beer Kit from Texas Brewing Inc.

The combination of cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate, adding such flavors makes beer more of flavorsome and delicious. Chocolate is made by grinding the seeds of the cacao tree. The seeds are produced and then busted out and the white seeds inside are pulled out. The magic of chocolate beer comes out of fermentation. The white cacao beans have to be fermented for about a week. During that time, enzymes start breaking down and heat up the beans. This results in darkening the color of beans and sweetening in order to get the flavor of chocolate we eat. The beans are set out to dry and then roast them and later winnowing is done in order to remove the outer skin. At this point, cocoa mass has been made by pressing and grounding the nibs into a thick brown liquid. It is made up of fine cocoa butter with fine cocoa particles balanced all the way through it. The cocoa mass has to be pressed until cocoa butter has been made out. Cocoa butter and cocoa powder will be left behind. Cocoa and butter have to be combined in different amounts. Then, sugar and milk have to be added in order to make white chocolate. White chocolate consists of no cocoa powder, only cocoa butter, and sugar.

Well, there are many other ways you can add chocolate into your beer as per your taste. Moreover, there is a myth that has always been asked by us that chocolate malt is equal to chocolate beer. Our answer is no. Chocolate Malt is not equivalent to Chocolate Beer.

To brew beer, I generally use Texas Brewing Inc. beer making kit as they supply the best homebrew supply in their homebrew store. They ship home brewing kit worldwide. You can get your hands on the kit by getting in touch with them.
